These terms govern your use of the StudioLayer website and, once granted access, the StudioLayer private beta. StudioLayer is a product of Justmade, Amerstraat 106, 3200 Aarschot, Belgium.
1. The website
The content on this website is provided for information purposes. StudioLayer is in active development: features, pricing and timelines shown here are indicative and may change before general availability.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create any entitlement to beta access, pricing or launch timing. We grant beta access at our discretion, in batches.
3. Private beta
- Beta access is personal and non-transferable.
- The service is provided as is during the beta: availability, data durability and backwards compatibility are not guaranteed, although we work hard on all three.
- You keep full ownership of the content and data you bring into your workspace. You grant us only the technical licence needed to operate the service (storage, processing, backups).
- Do not use the beta to store data you cannot afford to lose, and keep your own copies of critical material.
- Fair use applies to AI agent usage; we will contact you before enforcing limits.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use StudioLayer to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Intellectual property
StudioLayer, its logo, design and software are the property of Justmade. Your data remains yours.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our total liability related to the website or the beta is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during a free beta, is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
7. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
